Ghostface Killah - Ghostdini: Wizard of Poetry in Emerald City: concept album + ghostface = most under-appreciated album of 09.

Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx: not quite a classic but easily top 3 last yr.

La Coka Nostra - A Brand You Can Trust: they took me back to 89 when i first heard Steppin to The A.M. fuck me up when i saw the video on The Box and saw it was 2 white guys. same shit with this. these dudes can spit and they're thug\conscious like Pac was. easily the most slept on album of 09.

Mos Def - The Ecstatic: i wish he and kweli had got together during this period i can only imagine what would have resulted. this is vintage.

Method Man & Redman - Blackout 2: felt good gettin back to that gutta spit. these 2 never disappoint when together. such good chemistry.
